Naga added to their points tally at the top of the Metfone C-League with a comfortable 7-0 win over relegation fodder Chhma Khmao this afternoon at Olympic Stadium. The Svay Rieng-based team had no answer to Naga's dominance once Teab Vathanak (pictured right) had opened the floodgates on 25 minutes. It was all one-way traffic after that, though it was only after the half-time interval that the goals started to rain in for Naga, who rested half a dozen regulars. Vathanak completed a hat-trick alongside goals from Jonathan Onyeahiri, Samuel Oseika, Chik Sokhom and Kop Isa. Naga now lead the table with a 5-point gap over Phnom Penh Crown and BBU, having played a game more. There's a juicy encounter this coming Saturday when the two teams on level points in 2nd place, BBU and Crown, meet each other in the early kick-off. Kirivong meet revitalized Khemara in the second game. Preah Khan and the Army should win their games on Sunday.
